Elle Bee's was founded in 2004 with a passion for cooking and a desire to bring joy to others through food. I believe that every meal should be an experience, and I strive to make each one special with my dedication to quality and service...and I have kept this commitment for the past 20 years.
I’ve always dreamed of being a chef. As a child, my fondest memories are the ones that were spent in my great grandmother’s kitchen helping with the cooking, stirring and mixing right by her side, gaining knowledge of all she had to teach from the wondrous wisdom of her wooden spoon.
My passion for cooking grew as a result of the satiated smiles I always seem to get after serving one of my dishes. I have had hands on experience cooking for the better part of my life. A family illness put me in charge of the meal planning and preparing of dinners at a very young age, that experience has made me the chef that I have become today.
Working in the fashion industry for seven years in Manhattan has given me an edge in food design. I am able to create unique culinary presentations for my catered events. Before actually tasting something I believe you need to “taste” with your eyes and by having an eye for detail, a sense of style and a creative imagination I am able to achieve this.
