I’ve always dreamed of being a chef.  As a child, my fondest memories are the ones that were spent in my great grandmother’s kitchen helping with the cooking, stirring and mixing right by her side, gaining knowledge of all she had to teach from the wondrous wisdom of her wooden spoon.

Over the past ten years, my passion for cooking grew as a result of the satiated smiles I always seem to get after serving one of my dishes.  I have had hands on experience cooking for the better part of my life.  A family illness put me in charge of the meal planning and preparing of dinners at a very young age, that experience has made me the chef that I have become today.  I have also had the opportunity to be a specialty chef and manager of a gourmet market.  That experience enhanced my knowledge of food and customer service to allow me to offer a superior service today.

Working in the fashion industry for seven years in Manhattan has given me an edge in food design.  I am able to create unique culinary presentations for my catered events.  Before actually tasting something I believe you need to “taste” with your eyes and by having an eye for detail, a sense of style and a creative imagination I am able to achieve this.
